Family Devotional
Long Story Short is our family’s favorite devotional.
Often times, parents are scared to start doing a family devotional because they aren’t confident in their ability to teach the Bible to their kids. This devotional does an amazing job of taking big theological truths and breaking them down in a way that makes it easy for parents to teach their kids no matter where they are in their own faith journey.

Planner Under $10
If you need a planner (what mom doesn’t?), but don’t want to spend a lot of money on it, this is the planner for you.
This planner sells on Amazon for under $10 and is pretty much perfect.
Each month has a two-page full calendar view with a sidebar list and a daily notes section with plenty of space to write and little check boxes for to-do lists. The planner is lightweight but still very durable and comes in several adorable designs including cacti, mermaids, plaid, and floral varieties.
As a bonus, these planners are from a small, family-run business, and they’ll send you a free menu planning PDF if you email them at prettysimplebooks@gmail.com.
12-Page Sermon Note Bundle
Sermon notes are essential for keeping my kids on track during “big church” which is why we created this 12 Page Sermon Note Bundle.
After trying several sermon note books on Amazon, my kids were always disappointed with the lack of variety. They didn’t want to fill out the same two pages every Sunday for 52 weeks.
We designed this twelve-page bundle so that each page is only used four times a year and our kids don’t get bored!

Journaling Bible
If you would love to Bible journal but aren’t sure where to start, Zondervan’s NIV Beautiful Word Coloring Bible is great. It has a hardcover which gives it extra stability for coloring, and it has thicker pages than a regular Bible so your colors don’t bleed through.
It has hundreds of verses that are already illustrated in the margins to help get your creative juices flowing plus extra-wide margins to make your own designs.

Bible Reading Tracker
Keeping track of what books and verses you’ve read in the Bible can be difficult. With this Bible reading tracker, tracking what you’ve read is not only easy, it’s fun too!
My kids love coloring the dots after we read a chapter! In fact, my oldest children will read their Bibles on their own so they can color in more dots. If I’d known a simple coloring sheet would get my kids to read their Bibles, I’d have designed this much sooner. Get it for free in our resource library by subscribing to our mailing list below.
